Niazi Consultant is an advisory office. We do not sell visas, tickets, tours or property, and no result can be promised. Decisions rest with the embassy, university, hospital or authority concerned.
Fees
Our fee covers our own work and is agreed in writing before a file is opened. All official costs are paid by you, directly to the institution that issues the receipt.
Your documents
You confirm that every document you give us is genuine and belongs to you. We present your real situation and never create or alter official documents.
Refusal
If an application is refused, our work on that file is complete. A new application is treated as a new file.
Third parties
Where lawyers, valuers, hospitals or customs brokers are involved, they are engaged separately and act under their own licence and responsibility.
Governing law
